Hi, my name is Annie Parker, and I am an undergraduate student at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. I have chosen to focus my studies on public relations. I am also a member of the Syracuse women’s lacrosse team, a top Division I program. I aim to combine my lacrosse knowledge and experience with my communication skills to work in athletics or sports communications. I have a sociable, confident personality and welcome new connections.
I am originally from Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where I spend equal time by the ocean, lakes, and mountains. As I am only an hour north of Boston, I enjoy attending sporting events and concerts in the city. An active lifestyle is a core part of who I am. I especially enjoy sharing outdoor activities like running or skiing with my family. I have always had a knack for entertainment and pop culture, whether it's watching a Patriots game or building a new playlist each month—I am an avid consumer of entertainment media.
